Great results to make yello buttercream go really pale and white
I bought this to make my buttercreams look paler and as white as possible. The colour is gorgeous and it made my buttercream go from yellow to white after adding a few drops so I still have a lot of the product left. Truly recommended. I still need to try it and check if I could get other results if I want to make any kind of batter or food in a stronger or darker purple colour. Price is really good too.

TANDOORI CHICKEN HEAVEN!
I buy this because I make my own Tandoori chicken, and love that glow in the dark takeaway red colour. Just skin your chicken legs, score to the bone, mix in lemon juice, salt and this red colourant(wear latex gloves unless you want your hands to look like a mad axeman's), and leave to soak while you mix up your yoghurt, Rajah Tandoori Masala(from Amazon)and a wee bit of oil. A few drops of this dye go a long way, trust me. Mix it all up, marinate overnight, then blitz in your oven at max temp/top shelf, 'til it's glowing red, got nice burnty/charred bits and is cooked thoroughly by checking in the deep scores. You'll thank me one day🤗! Bon Appetite 😋!

Royal Blue / hot pink - Lovely colour and easy to drop into cake batter/ creams ect.!
The royal blue didn't really turn out the way I'd like it to(I was hoping for a crisp clean light blue colour). Nevertheless, the colours are pretty! Then again I didn't put a lot of the colouring in as the liquid would affect the consistency of the whipping cream. Other things to consider would be purchasing a buttercream whitening liquid for better colour results as buttercream and creams have a natural hint of yellow in it and of course yellow+ blue creates a slight greener tone. I have yet to try the blue colour paste, maybe that would make a difference.

A pleasant forest green colour
This product is a pleasant dark, mossy forest green colour. It is quite concentrated and a few drops go a long way. It seems good quality, has no perceptible taste or aroma. The cap is tight and doesn't leak, the dropper system is slow and intentional and its unlikely to spill easily. Obviously its going to stain anything it touches so be mindful of that. Easy to use and works well in baking and drinks.

Excellent food colouring!!
I recently tried the PME 100% Natural Food Colour, and I’m really impressed! The colour is vibrant yet completely natural, which is perfect for those who want to avoid artificial additives. It blends beautifully into icing and cake batter!!

Colour
I bought the yellow colouring . I've bought yellow colouring elsewhere before which has gone orange ,but this yellow colouring is excellent!! It stays yellow . I highly recommend it . I found it hard to dispense though . I shook it but nothing came out so I had to remove the piece that fits into the bottle and get it out that way . Maybe you can address this for me and others who may have also had this problem . I will be buying again in the future . I've rated 5 for the fab colour . I've added a photo of my butter cream coloured with this food colouring . Which I've frozen untill I need it next week .
