First of all the capsules comes in a plastic pouch which was inside the box first time I was panicked that I got wrong product then I talk to inlife customer service they told me that its okay. So If you want good fish oil in low budget go for it , I am consuming only 1 capsule in a day after meal.

not a good experience.........
i am really a fan of omega 3 capsules just because of their amazing health and beauty benefits..... but what I bought here did not fit to my expectations....... i am consuming inlife fish oil capsules from the last 6 months.... yet it did not give any significant contribution to my hairfall issues.... i would recommend amway omega 3 softgels instead of these filtered capsules.. they are far better than this.
