Hi recently i have purchased this, as my old Health Faucet (Bidet shower) was got damaged (Leaking water...) i have seen this many times in lightning deal...so this time i gave a try... i got it yesterday, packing and every thing is fine. Quality is good, its a plastic one..not metal please check spec while purchase. Its handy & with grip in hands. The PVC Flexible Tube provided with 1.2 long in size and it was good quality, where it prices more than 150 rupees (only for the pipe) out side. Trigger control was little bit stuck ing initially, but after few presses its fine... Trigger button is having lock too which helps in noneed of pressing the button for long time for continuous water.. With the product 2 screws (and plastic crew lockers) + 4 washers Available. While fitting u need to add washers must. At one end it took just one washer and trigger side it took 2 washers..... If u did not add washers. Water gets leaked. So dont forget to add washers while fitting... Water flow was very good enough to clean and force was good too. Helps in saving water. *** Also there is warranty card provided with this product for 1yr, where u can exchange for any damages within 1yr *** What is a Health Faucet? It doesn't have the glamour of CP brass fittings, but the quality is good for both the pieces I bought. The flow is very streamlined when new. Liable to change the pattern after some use depending on how the pores get clogged, I guess. The seller "Home Furnishing" has been prompt. Now, there is something more after trying four of these over a couple of years. The first one was good and lasted as I mentioned above. The second one lasted just a few weeks and the handle or trigger, whatever it is called, broke. I tried the third and the trigger doesn't work at all; always on! It came broke, it seems. The fourth one is working as of now. Let us see how long. So, the rating goes down from the initial five star to a single star now. And I decided not to buy anything Hindware hereafter if this is the standard of quality they maintain!

Ordered 4 pieces to date and have had to return 2 of them. The product quality is reducing as the days go by. Issues: 1) The threads are not perfect, so the parts do not slip on easily. You have to file away the extra trim in the grooves of the thread. 2) Seal is not perfect, have to use PTFE thread seal tape to prevent leakage of water. 3) No rubber seal between metal crimp and base of faucet causing leakage. Only solution is to use plumbing tape and the double washer (provided) and then tighten it to hell and pray that the product doesn't leak. It requires atleast two tries before the leakage stops and is usable.

I was disappointed with this windward quality. It started leaking after a few days use.

Considering the humble purpose of this product, it seems odd to say I love it -- but I really kinda do. For one, it does what it is supposed to do extremely well. It is light and compact, making it easy to point and maneuver, and the lever doesn't require a lot of hand strength. The water stream is comfortable but cleans very thoroughly. I was introduced to hand sprayers for toilet use while living in Sri Lanka. It was impossible to go back to toilet paper when I returned to the US, so I installed one sold by a different manufacturer. It worked fine for several years, till the innards eventually corroded. Between that unit and the variety of versions in Sri Lanka, I have a lot of experience with these. This one has given by far the best user experience. It is also the best looking, as the brushed chrome finish is more attractive The plumbing fixtures seem very well made, and installation was fast and easy. My toilet already had a flexible feed line, and I am (so far) using the old unit's mounting bracket, so I didn't need any tools -- not even a pair of pliers. If you are in the market for a hand bidet, I strongly recommend this. If you aren't, well give one a try, and you will never go back to toilet paper.
