Generally good, apart from two issues
I'm very happy with this laptop. My criticism is the letters on the keyboard are light in colour, and not easy to see depending on the light. I wondered if it was just this one, or they are all the same. There is no way of comparing. Also, not as fast as I thought it would be for the price.

Dead Laptop
Please Dont buy this is the ridiculous machine i have bought in my life within 2 months its dead not working. When i buy abnormal sound came from inside i thought its normal but after some time its turned off automatically and never turned on.went to repair it the technician said its dead.

Why do laptops not have button to switch off the mouse pad
This is my third HP laptop and does not compare well to the previous units. There is no light to indicate that the computer is on and the keyboard is limited to the standard qwerty keyboard. I paid too much attention to it's main features and never gave the keyboard a seconds thought. Had I done so I would have bought a different model. Why can't the makers of laptops provide a button that turns of the mouse pad. I never use it and always use a Bluetooth mouse.

A complete waste of money, poor customer service the laptop completely broke down after 2 months, Amazon customer service aren’t responding

Feels very plasticy , on/off button not very responsive. But the worst: setting up is very complicated. Need Microsoft account and all the setting up will more or less been done through Microsoft. I thought in the beginning there was a bug in the laptop
