Excellent. Keeps the bloodsucking mosquitoes away! Works both indoors and outdoors. Finally got to sit in the swing in the garden-porch and enjoy a relaxing tea in the monsoon season. Otherwise 10 mosquitoes would come out of nowhere looking for my precious blood. I was able to beat them with this. Just light one stick per person who are sitting outdoors. Two sticks if you are alone and there are just too many mosquitoes. Give two minutes to it before sitting down. A stick lasts for 45 mins to 1 hour when outdoors. You should extinguish it when you leave and relight it when you need it again. The smell is pleasant, smells natural like green tea leaves or lemongrass and not too strong and there isn't too much smoke which isn't needed as it is the smell that drives the mosquitoes away or keeps yourself hidden from them as they can't sense you. I cut out more than half of the wooden stick ends and keep about 9-10 preloaded in my incense stickholder with 2 in each hole which keeps the sticks in an upright position so that the ash falls straight down into the container dish under it (see pic). Got one packet for Rs.140 + Rs.60 shipping from seller " Aromatika INC". If the product was Amazon fulfilled, I would have saved some on the shipping cost. This is a healthy natural alternative to other poisonous solutions available in the market that may cause lung or cancer problems and don't even work properly when outdoors. I have tried many things and this one works without being worried that it will harm me. Will be buying again. I have been using this product for about two years or so. I find it more effective than several commercially available mosquito repellents, to which the mosquitoes appear to have become immune of late. The fragrant fume from the burning incense stick kills the mosquitoes effectively and keeps the ambience free from mosquitoes for about an hour after the stick extinguishes. The fume also disturbs ants and makes them ineffective. Each incense stick lasts for about an hour. The ash from burning of the incense sticks was brown in colour earlier; the present stock gives black ash. The product is plant-based and free from irritation of the eyes and dryness of mouth I have been experiencing with several mosquito repellents produced from man-made chemicals. Incidentally, Mahatma Gandhi was a user of citronella oil (the ingredient of the incense stick) to protect himself from mosquitoes in his Wardha ashram, as stated by Paramahansa Yogananda in 'Autobiography of a Yogi'. I wonder why the manufacturers can't offer the product at a lower price and make it more affordable without compromising on its quality and other features (like burning time, fragrance, etc.)!

This is the 3rd time I’m ordering it. First two times, it worked well. However this time, it’s completely ineffective on mosquito. Not a single mosquito was affected in any way. Won’t be ordering it again.

Even a single mosquito is not repelled by this stick. Waste of money. Product is not worthy at all.

The product is very good and effective against mosquitoes in Noida atleast. I am surprised to read other negative reviews in this post but it is definitely solved my purpose of mosquitoes. It doesnt kill but forces them to go away and as long the fragrance remains mosquitoes doesnt return. For best results it's better to use two sticks back to back. Price is bit High though.

Product is very effective but reseller sends old stock which is opened earlier and reseals it with cello tape.
