Worth the money, but not a too great one
For the price, this is a good one. But the sound is not clear. For me, my heart beat is clear but not clear for my aged parents. I have given it as playing toy to my daughter.

Cheap and best product
It's an average product if you want a decent product with in low price go for it you can clearly hear the heart beat sounds, but when you want to hear the pulse sound it's somewhat difficult. Measuring bp and hearing pulse sound is difficult with this one.
