Fireproof/waterproof -maybe, apart from that quality wise very good and the outer shell firm nut flimsy but the zip should have been the heavy duty type. Inside the layout perfect. Overall I’m pleased with the purchased.

I bought this because my dad teased me for not having a secure place to store my birth certificate. Honestly, I was really excited to receive this product. I love that there are so many compartments and I can store plenty of things throughout my life. I do believe this will last me a long time because it is really good quality.

We're setting up our personal files that contain insurance policies, birth, military and marriage records along with wills (living and otherwise), copies of membership and credit cards and anything else that will matter if something tragic happens. I want everything in one place so when everything goes haywire, I don't panic. It says it's fire proof but it will still go into a safe for 'safe keeping' - can never be too careful. Love it!!! Has enough space and pockets for everything I need. Great durability and wonderful quality. Excellent for value for what you pay for it. Not as big as others.
