I ordered this product for the first time ,it is sugar-free and has protine, vitamin ,iron and low fat which are good to boost your body and help with metabolism ,it is in vanilla flavour which is ok ,I prefer to add half a teaspoon of sugar in it, it enhances its taste..I haven't seen any side effects but be careful about the quantity of intake don't consume too much ,it will affect the health, drink this shake cold or Take with lukewarm milk as hot milk reduces its effect...

Need to mix it properly to avoid lumps otherwise great.

I have used threptin biscuit and powder they are top notch somewhat more than average but protein is high don't know its milk casein or other protein
