Very essential nutrients and ingredients for what I was looking for. The taste is a surprise but not so much what I was considering as would be a problem at all. It's the quality and efficientioncy and increased effectiveness and energy I have experienced.

Reduced ALT/AST fatty liver levels
After one month, ALT levels went from 112 to 52 (<31), AST went from 77 to 44 (<41). & slowly losing weight & sleeping through night or 6 hours before waking up. On my second bottle & will do labs again in May or June. Very pleased!!!

Dose of NAC is not clear
The product smells and tastes awful, but my autistic son will take it when mixed in apple juice. It is also impossible to tell what dose the NAC is in this product. This is not listed anywhere. Is it 600 mg/mL or per 2 mL? Other products clarify this. I will have to switch so I know how much I am administering.
