Good Product
This capsule is easy to swallow. It's tasteless to me. I have noticed a change. It eases my anxiety to a level but not strong enough. My energy level feels more balanced. Sadly, I still wake at nights but when I sleep, I feel rested. The price wasn't bad for the product but wish it had more ashwagandah.

Great daily supplement
After about a month of taking these, I can definitely see an improvement, it's not huge, but it's big enough to notice, I fall asleep easier and actually STAY asleep, vs waking up often like id normally do, I also can focus for longer and have more patience for stress, I have a better reaction time when problems pop up and my ability to actually handle stress and anxiety has improved, there is also a decent amount in this bottle so I don't need to buy them frequently, it's flavorless and easy to swallow, but you definitely have to give it time to see the effects

Worth the money!
For the price point this product is excellent, I would say it definitely helped me sleep a whole lot better and wake up feeling so much better I used it for 12 months. Solid product.

Game Changer
This has been a game changer for me. I take them before bed and I feel more well rested, I wake up with more energy and for someone who struggle with high cortisol in the past, this pills have helped me enormously. It doesn't have bad taste and are easy to swallow. I have been recommending it to some friends, and all of them have said the same thing! Definitely will keep buying!
