*Using since 5 years* This is the best and most nutritious food you can feed your cat babies. The vet gave some sample packs one day for my 2 kittens and they simply devoured the food in record time - went crazy! The vet explained to me the cats are supposed to be fed high protein diet and most dry food is grain rich which is not very helpful in the cats growth and health. Ever since I started feeding them this food, they have regained their health (after a terrible tick fever) and their fur is so lush and healthy too - they have also gained some weight (which is great as they were super skinny after the tick fever ordeal). This food is made in Italy and is a little expensive but hey, we all have ways to spoil our babies! I felt this is the main food for my kitties and it has to he high quality... Hope this helps!

Recommend by our Vetrenary Dr. The quality is good. My percian cat loves the taste and the smell. I find it very expensive. Wish they would reduce the price a little.

Farmina has been Duggi's goto dry kibble for the last 3-4 years, but I always purchased the smaller "monthly" packs. It ensures food is always fresh and retains that crunch, flavor, and aroma. That said, I am sure feline parents will relate how buying cat food is also a serious monthly chore, because it's premium and expensive food, and prices fluctuate a lot, even when you subscribe. Despite my apprehensions, I decided to try this 5 kg pack, which lasts about 3.5 months. Got it from Sai Aqua World who ensured sending a fresh batch of the product with a sufficiently long shelf life. I put it in separate-sized air tight containers. Small one for daily use, medium one for restocking every two weeks, and sealed the remaining with the packet in a large container. Must say, if the kibble didn't become slightly soggy in this intense and longest-ever monsoon season, I am confident it'll remain fresh till they last! Can't explain how relieved I feel after switching to this large pack :) Of course, there are economical benefits too. I got it for 5800 bucks, which in separate packs would easily cost in excess of 6500. Hopefully, with new GST reforms coming in place, price will further decrease and go below 5500 bucks for this 5 kg pack.

This is amazing cat food!!! I was using Whiskas before as it was the only food locally available, and when I switched, my cats got crazy. They love this food so much. And they became much healthier, more energy, softer fur. Worth the price. Edit two years later: After 2-3 years of feeding this food to my cats, their weight has increased so much. My male cat use to be 5.5 kg and now he’s 8.5 kg, and female was 3.5 kg and she’s at 5.5 kg now. I’m trying to follow the dosage written on the packet but my cats like it too much and they constantly meow to have more. I must be feeding them 1.3 times the recommended dosage... So just be careful, follow dosage, don’t listen to your cats, or they’ll get FAT! ;-)

Well it has sweet potatoes as the third most abundant and other fat inducing ingredients. It can cause the kitty to gain weight. Use proper proportion for feeding.

This is a healthy food. I have two picky cats that have beautiful coats of shiny hair. I tried other foods at first and had issues with them, throwing up, plus they would not eat them. It is expensive, but so worth it. i
