The shampoo itself seems very good but the pump is broken, and doesn’t work. So that makes it rather hard to use because the bottle has to be opened every time, the pump removed, and the shampoo poured out.

I have been using Biotique green apple shampoo now for almost a decade or maybe more. I use it almost daily. I was a fan and didn’t try anything else especially because i shampoo almost daily, didn’t want to take a chance. But for the last 3-4 times, i am finding the shampoo to leave my hair very rough and dry which shouldn’t be the case with daily use shampoos. My family members who occasionally use it, along with me, as well have a similar opinion. Sad….i have to look for other alternatives
