The texture is exactly what you'd imagine, it's like a lovely chewy, dense, and bready sponge texture. The smell can be overwhelming once you open a package, but the packages contain only a few bite sized pieces so you don't have to keep them around for very long. The price is alright for these if you're just looking to try a variety of flavors and styles.

Bought this for my wife. She was super excited to see these. Box contained a lot of her favorite snacks from growing up in China in the 90s. She has been kind enough to share a bite or two with me (but not much more, she REALLY likes them), and what I’ve had tasted good. Treats have a range of spiciness, so there’s something for everybody. Box they came in was nice too.

It was ok but the smell was to strong for me but it taste was still good an a bit oily for my like.
