(holds breath for 2.5mins) *by S***S on 19 December 2017* Loved both of these films and not just because Im a Liam Neeson fan. The supporting cast were excellent, the chase scenes engaging and not overdone, his "Special Skills" were imaginative and set against James Bond, who would I rather have on my Team? It's a close call! How he coolly prepares his daughter and wife for what's about to happen to them respectively in each film is tense, but not absurdly so or too frightening. Both films flow well and keep the action and violence in proportion, and relevant. Some of the plot elements are insanely clever and for that reason both films were enjoyed enormously because they make you THINK in the same way as he does in planning ahead & preparing his strategy and logical moves when he has so little time to do so.
