Nice frag rock
Tried these for the first time. So far so good. I would imagine these would be great with all coral. They are rather bright in an established tank but should cover with coraline algae quickly.

Nice, heavy plugs
I like the fact that they are solid and have a flat base. Means I don't have to cut off the node like traditional frag plugs have. These are perfect for softies like zoanthids, gsp, and other encrusting corals like montis and cyphastrea. Easy to attach coral to using CA glue and then easy to attach these to rockwork using either epoxy or more CA glue. Also, you can grow these out on the bottom of your frag tank as they sit flat. My only nit is that the price is a bit steep if you are doing a good amount of fragging.

Helped my shrimp
This is for reef/salt water tanks to help coral, but I found that is has really improved the coloration, and breeding of my shrimp. Just a single block per tank is all it took.
