I received this unit and it was damaged in shipping. The seller did a great job in promptly returning answers to issues with the damage and promptly issued a full refund. I gave this product 4 stars because of the CS of the seller, the design, and set up simplicity. Amazon only took 2 months to actually return my money!

Simple to setup. Basically it pops up like a tent. The steamer works well and does a great job of providing steam. Very happy with this product.

I had low expectations going into this product so whatever. Here are some of the lowlights.1. Steam unit's display cover popped off like a jack-in-the-box. I pushed it back on and it seemed to stick, but for how long.2. The power cable is only 2 feet long. An extension cord will almost always have to be used.3. The steam tubes that go from the steam unit into the tent need to be longer for logical placement. The hole in the tent for the tube is on the entrance side, so you have to navigate around it while you are trying to not let steam out of the tent. The diffuser in the tent can't be positioned in any way because of the length of the tube. I got burned several times just trying to get in the thing and putting my feet too close to the diffuser.4. The tent is cheap. Ripped upon assembly. I hand-sewed it up, but it is just a little too tight to fit around the frame.5. The polls are metal, which is nice, but they have these black caps on them I assume to prevent ripping during assembly. They however do not stay in the polls and twice when I popped them back in, I got cut or pinched.6. The "thermal" fabric is trash. You could feel a decent amount of heat from the outside when you touched it. That is heat that is supposed to stay INSIDE. After 40 mins at the highest setting, the outside walls were moist.And 7. The system simply does not get hot enough to be enjoyable. 130f was the advertised max temp. I ran the system for 50 minutes and the hottest temp I could get was 105f, WITH BLANKETS ON IT. You get kind of warm. You get wet, but you are not going to get the temps you need to get a real sweat going.The main fault with this system is the tent for sure. There are big plastic windows that just leach heat out of the unit and the fabric is just not up for the job of retaining the heat.Waste of money. Sending it back today.

Hard to assemble. Much smaller than the fake photoshopped product listing photo shows. Not nearly as nice as the pictures make it look like it's going to be. Honestly, this works but I'm not amazed for the price. I'm not sure how long I'd expect this to last. The general quality of the parts just leaves a little to be desired.It does work, so I hate to be too critical, but I just can't get over how much junkier this is in person than the listing shows. I don't think I've ever gotten an amazon product that looked this much worse than the listing in person.

There are a lot of pieces to put this together so give yourself some time to assemble it all. Once setup it is great! Love taking a steam after my home gym workouts.

This is an overall great design if you're trying to keep things compact, I do have a bit more space to set this up, and wouldn't mind it a bit larger, but it isn't bad. This does heat up quickly and provides a great comfortable steam, with a temperature that seems pretty accurate. It took a bit longer to put together than I had expected, there could be some improvement in the poles by making it more like a tent, using elastic and metal connection points instead of plastic, but at this super reasonable price point, I shouldn't be expecting too much.
