These are good.. soft but bit chaulky/ crumbly when chewed ... they taste good though so sucking on them is nice .. . I really ordered these for the ingredients- good stuff. I have had some increases in dark spots recently .. they seem to have faded to the point that I can't really notice them - could be this but I do not take them regularly enough ( sources indictate intake must be constant for it to work well but for what goal is unclear) Anyway for me it's probably a combination of taking these few time a week , avoiding the sun alot this summer and also taking several other supplements for mitochondrial support and vitamin deficiencies. It important to check your dietary intake if symptoms you are having line up with possible deficiencies even if minor. These things are not highly tested for and Drs rarely will look to dietary intake to explain symptoms - they may when its extremely obvious... or meds don't work ... but fact is constant low level deficiency really does tax your health , hormones, skin, heart, etc.. It's never a bad idea to checkout what the common symptoms of important vitamin, mineral, amino acid , etc.. deficiencies ARE.. and the best FOOD sources of any you might feel are relevant.. to see if maybe you really don't get enough- then you can decide to change your eating habits .. or supplement and see if you feel better.. Glutathione is a substance made from the amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. It is produced by the liver and involved in MANY body processes. inhibits melanin production & fights free radicals. Glutathione is involved in tissue building and repair & MORE .. Vitamin C , E , D-biotin, zinc and HA , collegen- just are all really good for skin and hair as well as MANY OTHER functions in the body. Even if your not trying to whiten, lighten, brighten dull skin or discolored spots / age spots 😀 this is a nice supportive supplement. Nails grow thicker, hair grows faster, skin improves and more is happening under radar that is good for you. Please do your own due diligence in determining it's value to you.. and concider if all ingredients are appropriate for YOU. Do not over supplement - unbalance in any DIRECTION is problematic- more IS NOT BETTER - excess of anything is rarely the answer to anything

I don't know about skin whitening. To my mind that strikes me as slightly odd as a desire. Tanning seems more popular than its direct opposite, but I guess it's a case of to each his own. I ordered these gummies for an entirely different purpose. My issue isn't spots (whatever spots I own, I wear with pride). My issue is exceptionally dry skin on my legs and feet that requires serious moisturizing, as well as re-growing damaged skin tissue. Those of us suffering from dry, cracked skin know how problematic that is. It requires daily moisturizing with strong, effective creams and lotions that are also skin exfoliates. It is a difficult and often painful process. Glutathione, hyaluronic acid, collagen, and biotin (all of which I've had some success with) are some of the very helpful supplements contained within these gummies. Essentially, they help to improve the quality of aging skin, and they apparently act as a a means of improving its natural suppleness. That skin improving action is what I'm working on, in conjunction with those moisturizing and exfoliating creams and lotions. These gummies have what is described as a passion fruit flavor. Well, I won't verify that. They do have a pleasant, fruity flavor, they are soft and quite easy to chew and swallow. There are no digestive issues that I've experienced. They do strike me as somewhat pricey, considering that for maximum effectiveness you've got to take them consistently, everyday. Once you begin this regimen, you are in it for the long haul. Their efficacy requires weeks if not months to ascertain. I will update my review as time warrants.
