A most excellent printer!
I bought this for the A3 printing and this review deals only with that function. Firstly, as someone who is not particularly computer literate I found the set-up straightforward. I just prodded the buttons when prompted to do so. The quality of the prints produced is certainly up to the standard I require (though obviously this partly depends o the quality of the image copied). Printing on Koala papers works well for me. I assume that A4 printing is equally as good but i use a Pixma G650 for that. A few side points. I thoroughly recommend tank printers as there is a phenomenal saving in the cost of ink. I intend to use Epson inks when refilling as the difference in price with compatible ink does not seem significant given the number of sheets used. I'm sure that someone, somewhere will find the FAX useful but it seems to be it is a feature that is equivalent to including a hand loom. I miss the days of the comprehensive 'hard copy' user manual and find it difficult to understand why is is not possible to produce a single language edition with each printer.

Eco Tank functionality
It's an Epson printer, so does what it's meant to do. Setup was reasonably straight forward. This model is aimed at a small business user and is capable of that requirement. The USB port could be easier to access, it's a bit too fiddly in it's current location for big hands, but doable. Handles paper ok and print quality seems to be within normal parameters. Needs a longer term usage before a full evaluation can be made. However I've been quite happy with Epson products in the past, and see no reason why this should not perform it's function as required. I do like the Eco Tank functionality it's easy to refill and see the ink levels. Definitely a major influence on this purchase.

Very good option if an economical A3 printer is what you need.
Sure, it's noisy, but the quality is nearly as good as my laser printer and it looks like the ink usage will live up to it's claims. A3 printing is just as good. Recommended.

Awful Printer and Terrible Support from Epson!
We purchased this printer in August 2023 but did not install it until November 2023. It is now November 2024 and after much trouble with intermittent printing issues and phantom paper jams, we have a permanent error message so nothing can be printed. After a lot of trying to troubleshoot and fix the issue ourselves along with our IT company, I finally had to contact Epson support who were no help at all. After trying their fixes, they have determined it's a hardware fault, but as we purchased the printer just over a year ago it is now out of warranty and they won't replace it, even though it's only been in use for one year and we purchased it just 14 months ago. They tried to get me to arrange a repair with an Epson technician for more money than the printer cost. Needless to say, we will just have to replace the printer, and it certainly won't be another Epson!

Good build quality and as described functions
After reading various reviews, I took the plunge as I needed occasional A3 printing. Set up was very easy without any instructions, it is very user friendly so it was all good for me. The only bit I followed was to fill the reservoir with ink, then started it up following the easy on-screen instructions. It took about 10 mins to run through its ink cycle first time, using about a 1/4 of the ink, the last remaining in the bottle completely filled it back up again. I carried on the easy set up and put it through its paces. Scanning is very good, clear and sharp for word and image documents. A3 printing it great using rear feed, mostly detailed drawings from Auto CAD, cant fault even when pdf printing. Colors are good and clear and it prints reasonably fast. Software works well and it is very good using the Epson App on my phone, better than I thought it would be. The unit is nice and compact and does not take up too much room and is so much better than my old HP (with very over priced rip off cartridges), so in all I am very happy with this Ink Tank printer. Just waiting on my £60 cash back now which makes this a great price for this machine.

Almost the best Printer I have ever owned
This is a very good printer and I have had many since the 80's. The print quality is good to very good, not exactly sure as the setup process seems a bit tedious with too many options so I may not have chosen the right ones so will try again at some point. Not sure about tech support as it's too early to say. The touch screen is clear and generally works well, could have been a touch larger and at times seems too sensitive but this may be due to the cramped options in the display. Great that it does A3 but I'm not happy about not being able to remove the A4 paper tray which seems a tad flimsy for my liking. The swivelling control panel is good so you don't have to crouch to read/operate the display. I purchased this because I got fed up with paying for over priced disposable toner cartridges. An expensive purchase for an inkjet but I suspect the savings on ink/toner cartridges will be worth it. Epson have supplied a new scanning software which I assume is meant to replace the older Epson twain app. Unfortunately Epson Scan 2 is ridiculously tedious to use if you want to do more than a basic scan. You have to do a scan then it takes three button presses to reach the advanced settings. To view an adjustment you have to do a preview scan every time! Seriously Epson, My recollections of the old Epson twain is a control panel where you could view and select any option which previewed onscreen by adjusting your first scan image without a zillion preview scans!

Do not buy this product if you are in Australia. It has been supplied with a power cord that does not fit Australian power points, and absolutely no help is available to obtain the correct one.
