Came with serving spoon. Pretty good quality it's a sticky powder that dissolves easily. Made me feel good. Seems like a decent value. Would recommend intranasal

I tried kanna lnce before xk6 and it was abput 20x better than this diluted crap with caffeine, i wouldn't buy it again, deffinetly don't recommend it especially to onr trying for first time, sux for meditation, its just super weak, the caffeine seems to overpower the feelibg or what ever it's diluted with.

Good extract. Definitely felt something off of it. Be careful though if you are taking ssri medication it could lead to serotonin syndrome. Helped me feel calm and relaxed

This is a nice product because it is just a single ingredient of Sceletium Tortuosum as a powder. I really appreciate the easy to open jar, and the little measuring spoon. There are multiple options on how to take it, I would recommend the sublingual. I used the smallest dose and I did feel ''something.'' I have tried Sceletium Tortuosum in other supplements and I like the feeling it provides. Even though this is a little jar, a dose is teeny tiny so you get quite a bit of servings. I was hoping to use this in my evening ''mocktail,'' but the teeny tiny dose makes it hard to do that. The taste isn't delicious, it is like a bitter herb tea kind of taste so you aren't going to be like, ''yum.'' Anyway, I do appreciate the simplicity of this form. NOTE - You may have seen the line above my review that says, ''Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product.'' So you may be thinking, ''Who cares what this person says because of course they will say nice things because they got something for free?!?'' I know because I used to feel the same way when I read reviews! Well, you may not have realized this, but vine reviewers are subject to having to pay taxes on these items. So, in a way, it's not really ''free.'' Also, we have no reason not to give full honest opinions. We don't get dropped out of the program for rating things too high or too low. Therefore, my goal is to review the products honestly and thoroughly. I hope that I did that for you today.

I tried this sublingually and definitely felt a nice mellow high. It wasn’t overwhelming which was great for me. Some other reviewers mentioned that their powder had clumps but mine was mostly nice fine powder. There were a couple of clumps but they broke apart easily. I didn’t want to try snorting this yet, but I may try that to see what the difference is. Overall, this is a nice product that delivers a mild reaction, which is what I was hoping for. The price is reasonable, even though it is a small jar there are many doses in there. So, yes, I like it and would purchase again.

I’ve recently tried the South African Sceletium Tortuosum Extract and had mixed experiences. The product’s container was not completely full, and I noticed that the powder was quite clumpy, making it difficult to scoop out with the provided micro-scoop without flicking the powder out of the container. There is already very little in the container. This created a bit of a mess and was not ideal for easy use. As for the effects, I haven't noticed a significant improvement yet. The powder didn’t seem to have an impact on my mood or stress levels as I had hoped. I have not had a change in sleep, focus, or well-being. It’s possible that I need to give it more time or adjust the method of consumption, but so far, it hasn't worked well for me. This traditional herb is intriguing and I know Sceletium Tortuosum has a long history of use. I haven't experienced noticeable benefits after several uses. Overall, while the product may work for some, I found the application process to be tricky and the powder didn’t deliver the expected results for me just yet. I have not noticed any significant feeling in my body. It does not seem to make me feel good.
