Great product, sharp, does as advertised!

These Swiss made peelers make peeling so much easier. They are quite sharp so you must be careful. Also, because the peeler is carbon steel you must remember to dry it thoroughly after washing to avoid rust. But if you take care of them, they will last a very long time. I had one years ago, but it got lost in my last move. I am happy to find them again.

Peelers are lightweight and easy to use, but apparently not durable. Julienne peeler broke yesterday, not even a full week after the return window closed. That peeler has only been used on small zucchini, nothing big or tough. Very disappointing.

For a long time I have been hearing rave reviews about this brand of peeler, so I made the leap when time came to replace our old fashioned peeler that I bought at the local grocery store. It works, but isn't a bargain. I have small hands and find it quite awkward to use since the handle is so short. I am sure anyone whose hands are medium to large will find the peeler incredibly difficult to maneuver. There is a lip on the back edge of the peeler that collects the juice of whatever your last veggie peeled was, and it stains the white handle. I've tried using brushes of many sizes, but the stains persist. I hand wash the peeler, which is not an issue for me, but the blades rust and those stains are also impossible to remove. When I have to replace this peeler I will not look to this brand.

On very first use, the blade popped out because I put too much pressure on it. I then had a hard time determining if I put it back in the right way (it just pops back in), as it never seemed to work quite right. But once I got the hang of it, I can now squirt out a decent zoodle with just the right pressure. Not the easiest tool to use, but I appreciate the simplicity and tiny size for what it does.

These do a much better job than the large contraption that suction cups to the counter. Easy cleaning and much easier to store.

Unfortunately my return day was yesterday and the blade on one broke today! It was not easy to use. Hard on the hands. Big Mistake!

It’s missing the julienne peeler, replacement arriving in 2 days. Will review again once I’ve used the product. Update: so I got the replacement, and it’s still missing the julienne peeler. Something is fishy in Calgary warehouse. This is the third item I recently ordered that have missing parts. The other one is the headlok screw, it didn’t come with the driver bit, while the box and product mentioned so.
