I like this brand of Magnesium Glycinate better than others that I have tried. This is a must have for nighttime routine. It definitely helps me relax before bed, and I think it helps with post workout muscle soreness as well.

My Docter recommended this to help with my sleep. The serving was too much for me and it kept me awake. So it adjusted it and it worked much better. It’s easy to swallow and this brand has great absorption.

I got this to try to help with sleep as I had read about it online and I'm always trying to find ways to help me sleep better since menopause. I paired it with milk thistle, taking both at bed time, and I noticed improvement day one. So . . . I don't know which one of the two is contributing to better sleep, or if it's a combination of both. Whenever my doctors ask what meds I'm taking and I we talk about this one (and the milk thistle) they say lots of positive things and have no concerns about any side effects except may cause loose stool in some people. All I've noticed is that I'm more regular than I was before, which was also a welcomed change. These do not upset my stomach. I take 2 every night per the dosage instructions. I still have bouts of insomnia but not as often and I fall asleep after waking up faster than I used to. I would say the before and after difference is enough to be able to attribute it to the addition of these supplements.
