## Description

The LTD KH-602 is a Kirk Hammett Signature Series guitar that offers just about everything that its higher-end cousin, the ESP KH-2, does, at a price that more musicians can afford. Now available in both the original Black finish as well as an updated Purple Sparkle version based on Kirk’s personal ESP Custom instrument, the KH-602 features neck-thru-body construction, with a comfortable alder body, a three-piece extra-thin U-shaped maple neck, pau ferro fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo frets and Kirk's skull-and-bones inlays, and components that include a Floyd Rose 1000 bridge and a set of EMG Kirk Hammett Bone Breaker Signature pickups. It's a powerful guitar designed for professional recording and live performance, perfect for any serious player of intense music. Left-handed version available (Black finish only).

Review: Fantastic Guitar - Awesome guitar. Thin neck, for a LTD, and it has a beautiful paint job. The fit and finish on this guitar is fantastic. The pick ups are good but I like them a little more dynamic so I put in the EMG Het Set and now it sounds as good as it looks. But that is just my personal preference on the pick ups. The EMG set that comes with it sounds good as well. The Floyd Rose trem is great, once its set up, and overall I'm super happy with this guitar. Great value for the money.

A: Yes,  ESP Hard shell case included CMHFF

**Q: Why is there such a difference in price between the black and purple versions?**
A: Paint job.   I dont have the purple ad in front of me at the moment

**Q: I thought the 602 had the bone breaker pickups?**
A: Yes, the 602 should include a set of bone breakers. Perhaps this particular guitar was manufactured before the pickups came out in 2018?

**Q: How does the neck compare to the jim roots stratocaster neck?**
A: I dont know the Jim Roots, But the KH-602 id Fantastic sir

Awesome guitar. Thin neck, for a LTD, and it has a beautiful paint job. The fit and finish on this guitar is fantastic. The pick ups are good but I like them a little more dynamic so I put in the EMG Het Set and now it sounds as good as it looks. But that is just my personal preference on the pick ups. The EMG set that comes with it sounds good as well. The Floyd Rose trem is great, once its set up, and overall I'm super happy with this guitar. Great value for the money.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent guitar, much better than hoped for

Finish appears flawless and is beautiful. The neck was perfect. Frets were polished as if this was a premium guitar. Fret end treatment was smooth, properly rounded and polished. Bridge was set up perfectly (tytyty). The EMG Bone Breaker pickups sound great. Pickup height was set up properly. The guitar weighs more than I had expected (8 pounds 14 ounces) but when tapped, the body 'rings', so not an acoustically parasitic dead body. I am very pleased with this purchase, and very pleased with the seller, Music Zoo. Fine work.
