Lovely cover, even better contents

I bought this for myself, but im going to buy more as gifts! What a great book! The psalms in NLT version, Easy to read translation AND nice large PRINT. I really love the color coded part; you can turn to any page and read verses pertaining to what's on your mind/heart... Hope, comfort, joy, peace, strength, grace, renewal, rest, gratitude! Even a ribbon bookmark! Its also pretty and seems to be of good quality. I'll be getting a LOT of use out of this book! Reasonably priced. Worth buying!

I love the Psalms. They bring hope, encouragement, and inspiration. I stumbled across this book which contains all the Psalms in the New Living Translation. It’s awesome to be able to carry the Psalms with you, wherever you go. There is a built in bookmark which is very handy. And what makes this unique is that the verses are highlighted in different colors, depending on the message. Some verses speak peace, some speak gratitude, some speak renewal, etc. however, some of the colors are a little too similar. Aging eyes might have a difficult time telling some apart. I also think it would have been better to make the leather cover in blue instead of pink, mainly because as is this limits the product towards women. Otherwise, though, this product is beautiful and special. I really love it and enjoy spending time reading through it.

The highlights in the psalms are too highlighted, too dark to recognize the words… not happy

I love the color of the cover, and the beautiful leather work. These do justice to the memorable words inside. I enjoy the different colored highlighting throughout, which is keyed to special themes. That also helps with choosing and learning favorite passages. It's perfect for keeping by bedside.
