Worth to try if you are TTC
I conceived at second try with this as newlywed, I think this helped.

Comfortable
This felt comfortable but was always so cold due to me buying the large size. I usually inserted it using a fertility dispenser but the month we conceived I only used a little bit. Maybe less is more? Idk, it was fine overall. I got a positive a few months after adding this and supplements to our routine (did not get a positive while using this and Clomid plus trigger shot).

Not a game-changer & contains fructose
We switched to this after trying with almond oil. The ingredients looked decent and was fairly affordable compared to some of the other options. I also like that it didn't have sodium benzoate as a preservative. I did get pregnant after first using this, but it may have just been our time. Unfortunately I miscarried, which is no fault of the lube, but after the MC the lube didn't seem to make much difference in whether we were able to conceive again. It works fine, but as others have said, it does dry fast -- we used some water to "reactivate" the slipperiness. Not as much of an issue if you are going straight to the deed, but if your guy needs some "warm up," it can be annoying trying to keep things slick. Anywho... the main reason I felt compelled to review after a year of use is that I recently found out that a woman's cervical fluid changes it's chemistry and pH during ovulation, and decreases the amount of fructose present. This lube contains fructose, so I'm not sure you should be adding more if your body naturally decreases it during that time. I don't know if they thought the spermies would snack on it or what, but seminal fluid already has it's own fructose. To recap: we did get pregnant while using it, but have also taken a while to conceive again using it, and the fructose could mess with your chemistry down there, so it's a toss up.

Honest Review as it gets!
I’ve been TTC for a bit over 2 yrs and just realized our lube is not good for sperm. 🤦🏻♀️ I love Premom and decided to try theirs. I’ll start off by saying even though the description says the size I was taken back by how small it is in person BUT they disclose size and you choose between two. Keep that in mind. I wanted to test it and went with the smallest one. It’s a cute small bottle and the colors are so cute lol Anyways, straight to the facts. I was worried about reactions so I tested it on a small spot on my hubby and on myself and all good. Also, no scent. Feels silky and no reactions. For hand ✋🏽 jobs 🤭 it dissolved and disappeared so fast from my hand I was shocked! Lol That was an immediately NO! For intimacy, it was different story. For some reason it lasted longer and I’m guessing it’s because it gives time for the body to start creating its own. No adverse reaction. I don’t feel extremely wet and it’s easy to wash off. For fertility, I will update when it’s time to test 🤗😉

Smooth feeling, no irritation
Impressed with this lube. Smooth-feeling and non-irritating. I would recommend this even if you’re not trying to conceive!

Got a Positive Test
After trying for months my husband and I brought this off Amazon and thought we would try it out. I got pregnant the same month and only used about 3 times

Don’t recommend
Great peace of mind for TTC but not worth the pain and discomfort. Has a chemical smell to it and makes both me and my partner raw. I don’t know if it’s due to the ingredients or lack of actual lubrication within the product but we use a bunch every time and reapply throughout sessions with no improvement with the issues.

Non-irritating and really smooth, I like that it doesn’t get really sticky like other brands. In general it’s the nicest lube I’ve tried, a little goes a long way so the smaller bottle size is plenty — especially if you just want to give it a try. I’m not sure if it was the lubricant, but after TTC for almost a year, I got pregnant on the first cycle we used this!

Great lube. You need to use soap and water to remove it from any skin, like your hands. Gets super sticky if you try to just wipe it.

Did it do its thing? Not sure but I’m now holding my baby that was conceived while using it. Would recommend if you’re TTC.

Good lubricant. DPO 1 so I don’t know if it worked but still a nice lubricant that is not slippery. Will come back if it worked. TTC for 16 months.

I know the chances of it being the lubricant are slim, but I had just transferred my last two embryos from IVF, one in Aug and one in Sep, both failed. We had sex ONE TIME the following month, used this product, and I got pregnant naturally. Can't hurt, might help! My husband really likes this lube regardless of its baby-making capabilities :) it has a nice scent, but I do not find it irritating at all, and it lasts longer than a lot of other big brand names.
