Not what I expected but very appreciative
I received the bottle in the first evening.I took only one capsule. Because I have UC, I wanted to take it slow. I didn't want any adverse belly issues.. Now, 3 days still taking only one capsule in the evening before bed ,2days now epic sleep!! .. I'm not sure if that's part of what this supplement does, but i'm so grateful.. I will up my intake for the fact that no belly issues i look forward to more and different results to come. I'll keep you updated. Appreciatively, nilda.

Good product but not for me too much magnesium at one dose.

Don't know exactly what it does FOR ME but I can say in the few days I been on it I sleep better, dont feel so like drained during the day and I feel good actually. 2 pills a day taken on empty stomach and no issues. I will be ordering a 2nd bottle and will attempt a better review at the end
