I bought this as a complete package, I also bought a cup rack from Swan and would have expected long-lasting quality items from this brand. Everything is fine, bar the kettle. Within 3 months, it has rusted at the bottom, in the mid-section and also, inside the lid - see pictures.It was going well, up until then, and the other items are fine. After 24 hours and only one response from them so far, I'm still waiting for Swan to come back to me. They asked me to supply pictures together with questions of how I maintain the appliance.Now, normally with any problems with a seller, Amazon would step in at this point and refund under the A-Z. The kettle alone retails at £35.99. All I've asked for is a refund so I can buy a different kettle. But, no. Amazon has been no help so far. They generated a return and provided a packing slip but no free return label. They don't just want the kettle to go back but the toaster and the microwave also. Even though they know I'm a disabled pensioner and how difficult it is for me to do all of this. The seller is meant to supply the free return label, but they aren't responding. Four messages sent to them so far, and counting.Maybe I'll have a positive outcome to add to my review, maybe I won't. I'll keep you all posted, because buyers have every right to know of the service, quality and after-sales service from a company as large as this one.

I went with Swan because I knew it was a brand I could trust and I definitely wasn't let down. The design and look is clean and on point. The Kettle boils very quickly and looks great with its blue neon light. No more waiting in the morning with the 4 slice elegant toaster and the microwave works just as you would expect, although the timer for the defrost is a little confusing using a 1,2,3 etc setting, but this does not equate to minutes. Great looking set and really complements the kitchen at an affordable price

I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review before, but I’ve been using this set for a couple of months now and I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with it. Yes, it looks really nice, hence giving it any stars at all, and no issues at all with the seller, but that’s where the positives end. The kettle has already started wearing to the point that the coating is coming away - it literally gets used twice per day, yet there is peeling all around the handle. The microwave is the worst part, I hate using it because it doesn’t cook food evenly at all. My previous microwave was 8 years old and a budget one and did WAY better. If I put a jacket potato in for example, it will absolutely fry part of it (so it’s hard as rock and inedible) and other parts will remain frozen. I have played around with settings and nothing has helped. This was not a cheap set, so this is disappointing. Please do not buy this unless it’s purely decorative.

Nice attractive set for our new back kitchen. The only problem is that the microwave is a different shade to the toaster and kettle.Couldn't do with the hassle of sending the microwave back so put it on the other side of the kitchen to the toaster and kettle and hope nobody notices.
