2 months Usage Feedback ! Definitely very useful product. It helps big time in long standing Metro travels. It fit any shoes trekking, Riding, Casual. Comfortable and light. Suggestion: Product is great, need to be little bit long deeper arch as over time it start to feel bit pointy in foot arch.

The insole provides good foot support. I have been using it in my office shoes, and the results are good. The quality of the memory foam is excellent—thick and comfortable. I’m not sure how effective it is for flat feet, but since I have an arched foot, I prefer a soft, thick insole with arch support. I experienced some discomfort because the insole is flat. If Frido added arch support to all their insoles, it would be more beneficial for people like me. Arch support is essential, as flat insoles can be slightly painful for those with arched feet. Size - is customise and you can cutout as per your need.

Good Comfort and overall best fit

I recently purchased the Frido Arc Support for ₹1199, expecting proper arch support for my flat feet based on the product’s promotion. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality or performance. After placing it inside my shoes, the insole became almost completely flat, offering no noticeable arch support. For the price—which is nearly equal to branded insoles—I expected much better comfort and functionality. I also want to mention that I had already opened the product and trimmed the extra edges to fit my shoes, as instructed. However, even after customizing it, the support level did not improve. Considering this, I kindly request a refund. I understand the product has been opened and adjusted, but the lack of the advertised support makes it unusable for me. I hope you will consider this feedback seriously and help with the refund process.

Okayish quality!! But not have high arch if you are looking for it to improve your overpronation!! Don’t have that comfort bcoz of less cushioning!!

I have been using these Frido arch support insoles for over a month now, and they have made a huge difference. After applying them in my shoes, my foot pain is completely gone. They provide excellent support, especially for flat feet, and make walking and standing for long hours much more comfortable. The material feels durable, and the fit is just right. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with foot pain or discomfort!
