Silicone Break Apart Chocolate Molds - Candy Protein and Energy Bar Silicone Mold

I used these for some fat free chocolate I made and they seem to be working pretty good. The chocolate came out somewhat soft so I put them in the freezer and then washed in dishwasher and they survived it for now. We'll see how long they last, but so far so good.

I was looking around for a mold to make some low-carb friendly chocolates. My wife has had some great success on a low-carb diet, but she was missing her chocolates. I know they have some options out there ready to buy but I thought it would be nice to just make them myself, in order control the ingredients. I researched some blogs and other reviewer recommendations and settled on this product. I have been using it for a few months now, and I am overall thrilled with this purchase. They clean easy and are very durable. It's good enough for making chocolate bars. Worried the chocolate would come out too thin but it's actually perfect thickness, just a bit thicker than a Hershey barm

I bought these molds for a chocolate making work shop. They worked great. We poured the tempered chocolate into the molds, covered with plastic wrap, and put them in the refrigerator to set. After a couple of hours, we took them out and the bars separated easily from the mold. I washed them on the top rack and they are ready for next time.

I actually didn’t expect these molds to be so small. To get an idea of the size look at the pictures that I have attached. The molds were really small which was fun and away because we could make a lot of chocolates but not fun in a way because they were just too small. That being said it was very easy to use because they’re so small and thin and we had no problems with the chocolate breaking when we took them out. I wanted to do filled chocolates but these molds are way too small for that so if that’s what you’re looking to do you’re gonna have to find a different mold.

Second update. After soaking it in bleach and running it through the dishwasher again, the smell is almost gone. I will use it again. The rating was changed again from 1 to 3 stars. Update, I had to change the rating from 5 to 1 stars. After the first batch, the molds gained a freezer odor. I wasted time and money making a second batch of keto fat bombs. The freezer odor on this set after only 2 times in the freezer is ruined. I have washed these in the dishwasher and also soaked them in bleach. The odor won't come out! After starting the Keto diet I wanted to try several recipes including fat bombs. I did not have a mold. These looked great. They reminded me of peanut butter cups ( my favorite ) I whipped up a batch of cheesecake fat bombs after running these thru the dishwasher. I filled them up and threw them in the freezer.

I bought these knowing that a couple of other reviewers said they are "shallow." Yes, they are, but they work very nicely. I am experimenting in making Bay Nut chocolate, and these worked perfect for that. I especially like the two one-piece molds that make a bar that you can break apart into pieces. If you want a thicker piece of chocolate, don't get these, but to my mind they are just right. My experimental "chocolate" came out perfect!

Soo thin! I wish it's a bit deeper so chocolate is a bit thicker. This make chocolate sooo thin, i don't think i seen this thin chocolate before 🙄 And of course , got only 3 molds not 4!!

only 3 instead of 4. Disappointed

Items are great except for the fact that I got 3 of 4 silicon molds. I paid for four and got three. I mean 1missing is better then 3 BUT the person won’t even respond to my email.

They look a lot bigger in the picture! They are way to small!

Only received 1 of the mini chocolate bar molds instead of 2. The pack was supposed to contain 4 in total. Only received 3.
