Really impressed with these bars – they’re proper food without being heavy. The dark chocolate flavour is rich but not overly sweet, and the texture is spot-on – soft, chewable, and easy on the stomach even when pushing hard. Great for longer rides where you need more than a gel but don’t want anything too bulky. I’ve also used them as a pre-run snack with no issues. Packs a good carb load and definitely keeps energy levels steady over long sessions.

Brilliant snack for endurance work — I take one on most of my long weekend rides and sometimes split it into halves for runs over 90 minutes. Genuinely tastes like a dark chocolate flapjack but doesn’t sit heavy. Digests clean, no bloating, and provides a nice steady energy rise instead of a spike and crash. Nice to have a solid food option when gels alone aren’t enough. Also works well as a recovery bite straight after a session.

Great taste, slightly difficult to eat whilst running but it’s relatively easy on the stomach. Bit pricey.

Taste is unmatched, and all natural ingredients. I’m vegan so these were one of only a few options, and by far had better nutritional value. 50g of carbs into the system so quickly through a pocket sized bar has been key when completing events. I’d highly recommend the dark chocolate chip, although I haven’t tried the other flavours.
