En esos casos tienes que colocar más abajo, no en región lumbar, sino más bien lumbosacra, asegurarte que no llega a zona diafragmática. Lo digo como portadora de DAI. El primer día me lo tuve que arrancar o me chispaba el DAI. Luego lo coloqué en región casi glútea para salvar el escollo de estimulación diafragmática. En mi caso, toda una decepción, no así el EMS glúteo.

Aufgrund eines weiteren Bandscheibenvorfalls und den teilweisen Verlust der Beinmuskulatur (konnte nur noch erschwert Treppen steigen) hatte ich mir intensiv Gedanken über die diversen Anbieter gemacht. Bodify ist eine der höherpreisigen Anbieter, doch die Rezension hatten mich im ersten Schritt überzeugt und ich habe mir den Rücken und Beintrainer bestellt. Der erste Eindruck, Qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Angst hatte ich bei den Gelpads und das diese regelmäßig nach gekauft werden müssen. An beiden Geräten hatten die Gelpads auch in kurzer Zeit die ersten Verschleißerscheinungen. Ich hatte überlegt kaufen oder nicht kaufen. Ich kontaktierte den Support und war extrem erstaunt. Sehr Sehr freundliches Personal (Danke an Hannah) Wir fanden eine für mich zufriedenstellende Lösung und ich muss sagen... ich denke ca. 95% aller Hersteller sollten sich an Bodify ein Vorbild nehmen. Einfach nur freundlich, mit Herz an den Produkten und eine Lösung findet sich immer. Den Rücken und Beintrainer habe ich nun ca. 6 Wochen im Einsatz. Auch wenn es andere Meinungen gibt, ich benutze beide Geräte täglich. Nach ca. 3 Wochen habe ich zum ersten mal gemerkt, ja es bringt mir persönlich etwas, Ich habe langsam meine Beinmuskulatur wieder etwas gespürt, Treppenlaufen ging besser und mein Bein knickte nicht mehr so sehr weg (durch fehlende Muskulatur) Jetzt nach ca. 6 Wochen bestätigt sich meine Kaufentscheidung immer mehr. Klar das Treppensteigen wie früher, das wird noch dauern, aber hey mit Bodify kann ich sogar wieder Treppen hoch rennen. Das hätte ich nie gedacht. Dasselbe kann ich nur über den Rückentrainer sagen, die Schmerzen im Rücken gehen sehr stark zurück. Ich sehe mittlerweile beide Geräte als optimale Unterstützung für den Aufbau der Muskulatur. Natürlich muss man zusätzlich seine körperliche Aktivitäten mit beachten. Bodify alleine kann keine Wunder bewirken. Ich laufe ca. 6-10 Km am Tag und das Zusammenspiel mit Bodify hilft mir extrem.

La estimulación puede llegar a región torácica. No recomendable para personas que lleven MCP o DAI o TCR; o puede llevarse un disgusto. Inizio col dire che conosco già questa marca, in quanto posseggo l'elettrostimolatore per le braccia, che uso quotidianamente da un anno e funziona egregiamente. Ho acquistato questo prodotto per la schiena non tanto per un discorso di dolore, bensì per un fattore di tonificazione e dimagrimento, perchè ahimè tendo a mettere ciccetta proprio lì, pur essendo sportiva e normopeso. Come dicevo, ho preferito questo ad altri prodotti analoghi in quanto i prodotti Bodify sono un po' più cari, ma davvero potenti, e la qualità si paga. Avevo provato tempo fa un elettrostimolatore che già avevo per l'addome, sulla schiena e non sentivo proprio nulla. :D Invece questo è anche piacevole, ma bello poderoso. Lo consiglio sia a chi ha problemi di fastidio ai lombi, sia a chi vuole tonificare la schiena, parte sulla quale è davvero difficile perdere centimetri col solo allenamento.
