Very bright, and they do have 3 patterns for each color. These are really small and lightweight, and they will work great on my Air 3S. The only thing I did was seal the openings of these woth hot glue, so if Im flying amd run into precipitation, water cant find its way past the heat shrink wrapped circuit boards that there use to hold the baytery against the board, as well as protective covering. They cane with a charger for each light, (I got the set of 3) and they cane with pre-cut pieces of the rigid velcro to mount with. They each came in their own hard case, with instructions and pattern flow chart to show how the singular button presses will change patterns. They are very bright on white which had 3 l.e.d.'s, and the red and green only have 1 each, so not as bright on those, but that doesn't matter much as those are more for orientation than aircraft warning. Overall I think these are good quality, and I will check back in after some use. They have a pretty big single cell li-po battery, so I would imagine they will last several flights before charging is needed. I do recommend these to anyone looking for minimal weight beimg added, as these are simply a board and battery wrapped in heat shrink.

These drone strobe lights are impressively bright and significantly enhance visibility for my DJI Mini 3. The white anti-collision strobe on top is so intense that I need to be cautious when activating it to avoid temporary flash blindness. The red and green navigation strobes are easily visible from at least three-quarters of a mile at night, and I believe they could be seen from even farther, though I haven’t tested beyond this range as I’m still gaining experience with my sUAS. During daytime flights, these strobes help maintain visual line of sight (VLOS), reducing the risk of momentarily losing track of the drone—a common issue for many pilots. The battery life is solid when the lights are set to strobe mode, lasting significantly longer than when set to steady. However, the red strobe seems to drain the battery faster in steady mode, so I keep extra strobes on hand for longer flights. The 3D-printed clips that secure the strobes to the drone arms are lightweight and hold the lights firmly in place, though they can be slightly challenging to open during attachment. Despite this minor inconvenience, the clips do their job effectively. Overall, these strobe lights are a worthwhile investment for improving drone visibility and safety, offering excellent performance for their price. Fly Safe!

I purchase this strobe and the Tomat ($17.59) strobe for testing. Although this was the cheaper option it weighed less (6 grams vs Tomat at 12 grams) and actually put out more light when tested at night. It was just a slight difference, but more noticeable depending on the orientation of the emitter (viewing from the sides had the best light output). I thought because the Tomat had a plastic cover it would distribute the light more evenly. All the cover did was add weight and look nice. I did like the Tomat because it would indicate battery level and would flash between white and red. the Vifly did not have either of these features, but overall these were unimportant to me, so this strobe is a keeper for weight and brightness. A good, inexpensive buy.

the 3M velcro was difficult to remove the backing which was frustrating. the brightness of the light is very good on all 3 colors. my concern is whether it will stay attached via that velcro when flying. i've only tried it a few times and it did stay on however. the weight is extremely light so i didn't notice any negative effect on my drone's flying capability. it would be helpful for them to include suggestions on where to attach it on the drone.

I couldn’t be happier with this drone light! First off, it shipped incredibly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. I fly a Slow Ultra Stick at night all of the time. It's already bright enough to where it is painful to look at, but I added a VIFLY for fun. I really can't look directly at it for any length of time, it is so bright. I put it on my DJI too. It can't be missed. Works perfectly and has a very long running time.

Bright. Light. Fast to charge. Last a good hour or better on high. Would buy again also very light FID not effect drone flying time at all. Great lights.

Work perfectly and man is this thing bright. Was going to put it on a drone but I think I will put it on a RC airplane. Would recommend.

Great super bright light , BUT be very wary when charging , it will ONLY charge using the provided white cable , NOT a usb C which also fits in the socket, it looks like usb but isn't usb c . I was thinking it was broken as it failed to work on the 3rd attempt just got a led flash after holding the button then noticed the charge led wasn't coming on either , dug out the original cable , hey presto working again.

Love them ... bought two of them to use as position lights on my drone (alike planes) : one green strobe facing front on front right arm and one red strobe facing rear on rear left arm. It then eases up much to identify from ground which direction is drone facing in flight when at some distance. It also helps to see drone a little further in the sky at day. Did not try them at night, but seeing how powerful are the lighting, it surely brights clear in the sky and does what it is supposed to do : anti-collision strobe light.

So bright for something so small. Bought three for a Mavic air 2 and very happy. Just clean your plastic properly for the velcro patches to stick on. I was alittle worried about how well the light stuck to the velcro, so I twist and wriggle the lights to the mounting velcro patches, so far they haven't fallen off. Night flights are so easy to see them working. Look like a UFO or hovering helicopter. Different colours are easy to choose but be gentle with the button as it's small. You will be genuinely surprised by the size and light output but in a good way 👍🏽 hope this helps

These are very effective additions to a drone, with good visability/range. The one downside of the mini range of drones is that their easy to lose in line of sight, with these fitted the drone is easier to find from a conciderable distance, even during the day. I bought three, top, front and rear. Because the colours can be set by the user, I have white on top, red facing rear and green forwards, so basically it's idiot proof😁. When I took delivery ther was a minor issue with the supplied charging cable on one of them. I emailed the company on their customer service address, supplied on a card with each unit, asking why the chargers were diffrent, I got an almost immediate response and it appeared I had recieved old stock! They sent me two replacment units FOC! I cant recomend them enough because not only do they work really well but they clearly have a very customer orientated approach which leaves me with a great deal of confidence in the company.
