High dose , good quality and effective
Helps my sleep and good packaging and delivery . Would recommend . I have seen a reduction in brain fog as well - no proof it’s caused by this but something has helped !

Good for concentration, not so much for sleep.
I've been taking Ashwagandha supplements for a while now, just over a year. These are good for concentration during the day. (10000mg). I have ADHD and use Lions Mane, Rhodiola Rosea and Ashwagandha to help with focus and aid concentration and this combination for me definitely helps. The one thing I found, even with the high content, is they do nothing for sleep. The Nutrition Geeks 3000mg are far better for that, so now I use both. 10000 during the day and 3000 before going to bed. Decent product at a good price.

Be very careful with this stuff
5* because the product is clearly potent. I took this to aid sleep, but it resulted in my sleep becoming broken with intense vivid dreams. I also felt hot and thirsty. Tried it again the next night - same result. Tried it in the morning instead and felt a bit spaced out all day. Not trying it again. I'd recommend reading about side effects on Reddit before trying this stuff - it seems a lot of people have similar problems, and some other really bad and long lasting ones.
