I take it first thing in the morning with lemon and apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach. For the first two weeks I didn’t feel much of a difference everything was normal and asked myself if it was worth it , but then in the middle of the third week I noticed my energy levels changed , I no longer need to take an nap after work and then go to the gym , I just get home and shower to go exercise.
