Review: Be Patient - They Work - These do work - it takes a little time to see results. My main issues were hot flashes, night sweats, and chills. I believe brain fog and head aches were more related to dehydration resulting from hot flashes and night sweats, so do be thoughtful about drinking enough water. I'm still in perimenopause. Within a few days of taking Mellow Menopause, I started to sleep better (less intense night sweats) but continued to have hot flashes throughout the day. It took 2 week plus before I noticed my hot flashes were becoming less intense. I was finishing my first bottle before I stopped noticing hot flashes at all. I take them every day - I do not skip any days. I don't usually struggle with pills or capsules, but these seemed a little harder to swallow. I usually take them with dinner to help get them on down, water doesn't seem like enough. Finish at least one full bottle before you give up on them.
