I’ve been taking these daily for just over a month and I went from waking up sweaty nearly every night to only having it happen twice in one month. I didn’t notice any big difference in terms of staying asleep but when I paired this with magnesium glycinate if I woke up I fell back to sleep immediately. Overall I’m super pleased with how these work. I think the taste could use some improvement but I adjusted over the month I took them and don’t find it as awful as I did when I first started.

Very tasty but I don't feel any different. I think for very minimal symptoms this would work, but I'm so miserable and nothing has touched my symptoms. I do like their other products, I just feel this one didn't do anything for me.

I recommend these for perimenopause/menopause symptoms. Not only do they help reduce hot flashes but they help with inflammation, dizziness, mood/anxiety, and weight gain symptoms. I'm finishing my second bottle but I only take half the recommended dosage and only stay on them for 60 days then off for 45 days as recommended by my physician. In any case, I highly recommend
