Crazy tough. I have three different mastic gum products and this is the toughest. It takes a while to turn into gum it is very hard but it does the job perfectly. Great value and taste.

Hardness (5/5): Very effective as it’s the hardest chewing gum i’ve ever tried. Long lasting so I feel like i’m getting the best workout and bang for my buck. The gum actually stays hard for a long time, it's crazy. Flavor (5/5): Jawcko has a great fresh mint flavor, comparable to Trident or 5 gum. I would definitely chew this before a night out as I feel my breath would absorb the mint. Now that i know the mint is great, i'll be ordering the mango Nutrition facts (5/5): Short list of ingredients made it appealing and the fact that it’s sugar free which is important for me. I googled the rest of the ingredients and nothing harmful came up Convenience (5/5): I find it way more convenient than the alternatives like jawzrsize. I can run errands and work while still training my jaw Results (5/5): I'm about 10 days into my regimen and I've noticed improvements and definition in my jawline. I'm also more motivated to exercise and work on my diet. I'm excited to see my results!

Great product - tastes good

this stuff is pretty awesome taste exactly like normal gum, and the flavor, even last a little bit longer than most brands. I’ve gotten this a few times and my jaw still gets sore after chewing it for 15+ minutes. My only two complaints would be that they use sucralose (and a small dose so not a huge deal), and they are pretty expensive. I’ll usually chew two pieces a day and I go through this in a few weeks. Amazing product that will definitely be re-purchasing.

Bought this for anxiety chewing. Accidentally found a migraine hack. This stuff feels like a head massage from the inside out. Weirdly effective. Kinda obsessed. I'm keeping this in the medicine cabinet.

I have a slightly underdeveloped masseter on one side, so I purchased these to help with facial symmetry. It’s only been one day so can’t comment on that quite yet, but holy smokes! Hardness: This is one heck of a jaw work out. I could only make it about 3 minutes of chewing on the weaker side before I called it quits - it’s little wonder the instructions tell you to only chew 5-15 minutes every other day. Flavor: It lasted the full 3 minutes - flavor is good overall, nothing special outside of other brands I’ve read reviews on seem to not last very long. Texture: Initial texture is sort of weird - it breaks apart into chunks at first, but within about 20 seconds, it’s all one blob again. Consistency is about like regular gum, but incredibly stiff. No points deducted here, it’s to be expected. Overall, seems to be a great value. 2 month supply is in a bag if yesterday’s jaw workout was any indicator of how things will go from here on out: I’m definitely not ready for a second session today.

bought this hoping for a subtle improvement in jawline definition, but the product doesn’t hold up when you actually look at the science. Jawline appearance is primarily driven by bone structure and body fat percentage, not chewing resistance. There’s no credible evidence that chewing tougher gum meaningfully “trains” your jaw in a way that improves facial aesthetics. At best, you’re just overworking the same muscles you already use all day. What I did notice was jaw pain after using it consistently. The force required to chew this is much higher than normal gum, and it puts a lot of strain on the jaw joint. That kind of repetitive loading can irritate the joint and surrounding muscles, and in some cases can contribute to issues like Temporomandibular joint disorder. This feels like a product built around a marketing idea rather than physiology. There should at least be clearer guidance or warnings about overuse and potential jaw strain. If you’re buying this for a sharper jawline, you’re likely wasting your money and potentially risking discomfort or injury. I would not recommend it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid gum for jaw workouts! I picked up the cinnamon and mint flavors to start using this as my daily jaw-training gum, and I’m really happy with it so far. The flavor lasts, the texture holds up for long chewing sessions, and it’s actually replaced my regular gum completely. After a few weeks, I can already see my jawline getting a little more defined. Great product overall — exactly what I was looking for.

First review. I was a little skeptical at first but I must say after a week with them, they are great. Sugar free, no aspartame. I stopped chewing gum recently for the ladder but came across these recently as I why looking for solutions to define my jaw line and I dont really care much for facial exercises. I can put them in and chew on them from 10-45 mins twice a day. Be careful with the initial few bites as it is really hard. After you soften them, You get into the groove after and get use to feel of it. Just go slow with it and work each side evenly. The taste subsides in more or less 5 minutes but that’s not really the purpose here. It’s to train the jaw. It is the perfect harness for most, anything harder would just hurt the teeth. I got the mint ones and thinking of ordering more already.
