Forever my toothpaste
Never knew what it was like without tooth sensitivity. This toothpaste has really changed my life and I am a diehard fan where I will buy in bulk to make sure I never run out. If you get your teeth whitened or have tooth sensitivity, this is the product you need. It freshens your breath it cleans your teeth, and there is no mouth residue.

Love Sensodyne toothpaste always effective on my enamel when it needs to be if I ever have any tooth pain I use sensodyne and it always makes my pain go away, the taste and scent are great, the brightness it leaves on my teeth is amazing I always get compliments if I do whitening strips, works perfectly

No more toothpaste changes for me.
I fell and damaged 3 teeth. As part of my recovery, I've been using this toothpaste for 2 years. I ran out and reverted to my previous product for 6 months. My damaged teeth became very sensitive again. After a month back on this product, the sensitivity is now reduced again. No more changes for me.

if you have sensitive teeth, I would say yes it does help, I can't say much about how effective it is with whitening my teeth, I have been using this toothpaste for a few years now, get it thru amazon subscription, and mostly only use for help with the sensitivity. It does have a good taste, and your mouth feels refresh. The toothpaste in general is of good quality. The bottles are made of semi-hard plastic, so does makes a bit difficult to squeeze those 3-5 last usage, so I recommend getting one of those toothpaste squeezer things to help get that last squeezes out. The teeth does feel and taste clean, fairly straight forward to use. Far as value for the money, that is questionable, I noticed a very spike on the price, it was really worth for me a few years back, now is getting a bit too steep.
