Fantastic flavor and higher iron content than the competitors. Plus zero tummy issues after taking it. It’s easily taken without water. I’d recommend pairing it with Vitamin C for even greater absorption.

Amazing Product! So easy to take and it taste good, no metallic weird taste. I will update after my next lab appt to see if it raised my ferritin levels. Also, want to note that I had zero stomach issues with this iron and I have been on it for about 3 months.

I have more energy since I started taking this product. It is very complete as a vitamin supplement if you need more iron in your diet. A good choice if you have a sensitive stomach. I did not have any constipation issue while taking this iron.

I have had iron deficiency anemia for several years now and have failed to get my levels up to a normal range because I do not like take the ferrous sulfate tabs due to the stomach issues and constipation. I have never heard of this product before but was instantly interested when I saw that it claims to be gentle on the stomach. I did notice that the box that I received has a little different instructions than what is listed on the current photos. To my surprise, it says to pour the powder directly into your mouth and then says can be taken with or without water. I thought that seemed very unpleasant, so I dissolved it in water and drank it over about 10 minutes. It dissolved very quickly and had a very light berry taste that was pleasant. No metallic taste at all. Of course, the best part is that I have no stomach issues or constipation! No black, tarry stools either. It's hard to tell yet if it is working as well as my normal ferrous sulfate tabs as it does take a while of consistent iron consumption for it to build up in the body to acceptable levels. But I will continue to take this until it runs out. The only con I see the is price. For 1 month supply (assuming I take it daily) for $45 usd is just too expensive for me right now.

This is a very good iron supplement. The sachets are a berry flavored fine powder... delicious and so easy to take! However, I'm one of the lucky few that can take almost any kind of iron supplement with no sort of stomach or digestive problems, so I can't really comment if they would be okay for everyone... They were great for me. These cost a little more, but they are so worth it.

In my pregnancy I had anemia and this helped a lot and the best thing is the taste, I thought it was delicious

Mixed with water easy to digest. Definitely helped with keeping my energy high.

This iron is gentle on your system. It dissolves in your mouth and actually tastes good. I have purchased twice and will order again.
