UPDATE: After several weeks using this, my skin reacted in little bumpy rashes 😞. I'm so sad, because it left my skin feeling so comfortable and soft, never oily or dry.. The search continues I guess After about two decades of trying to find something that helps my (genetic) acne - this is it! Im 33 and my skin is the clearest it’s been in a very long time. I was a little skeptical at first and I’m not keen on pumping/foam cleansers, but I’ve used it for a month and I will be purchasing another. The price is high, and I need two pumps to get enough to cleanse my face, so one bottle only lasts me a month. But it could maybe be sufficient to just use one pump and make it last two months if you’re on a budget. It doesn’t dry my skin out and doesn’t make me oily, it gives me ‘normal’ skin, which nothing else ever has before. I apply it and then leave it on for 5 min while I’m brushing my teeth before washing off. I rarely use any other product on my skin (including makeup - although this will take makeup off). For reference: I have (had) combination skin prone to rosacea and very, very sensitive, also got breakouts often. Now my skin is balanced, no irritation/sensitivities, no redness, no pimples.. wonderful :). Of course you still have to do other things to manage spots - don’t binge on Maccies, manage your stress, etc. And I still get the odd time-of-the-month spot. But I’d get spots all the time and randomly throughout the month before trying this product. Will continue to buy, although would prefer a lower price since it doesn’t last that long. UPDATE... So I’ve purchased 3 bottles of this now (3 months) although I hate the price tag (because £11-13 for 100ml is way too high), so I tried another product for the las few weeks which made my skin go back to its usual rubbish self. So my conclusion is that I don’t think I ever want to use anything else anymore. I actually just ordered the kit that contains the moisturiser and serum along with the wash, so will report on how they all work in combination a month from now 😊

This is foam rather than foaming. When you pump the pump, it comes out as foam, rather than as a gel/liquid that foams on application, which is what I prefer. Cleans well but you need a fair amount of it. Not a bad product but not what I was looking for, wouldn't buy it again.

honestly so amazing, i suffer with spots in the oily parts of my face (i am 15). after just one use my skin felt better. never in my life has my skin been so glowy, healthy and spot free!!! I will take this product everywhere! For customers saying that its 'drying', then its just not the right face wash for you... for me its perfect!!

I have spot-prone oily skin that's NEVER been smooth. It's always had a rough/bumpy texture even when I have no spots but since using this with the Day Solution Moisturiser it's been smooth and spot free! I'll carry on using this for as long as they make it. It smells a bit strange but the smell doesn't stick around for more than a few minutes on your skin. I'm very happy with it.

A great, gentle first face wash for my 10 year old soon. He had started to get the odd spot and my dermatologist friend advised to buy a gentle face wash for him to use once a day, as he plays a lot of sport and his pores may have been getting clogged. Great product on his sensitive skin and no more spots thus far. Only downside is pump needs pulling upwards at times as it gets a bit stuck but no big issue!

I have recurring skin issues (pimples, irritated skin) which I slowly figures out were being caused by my last face cleaner, Cetaphil, even though it is meant to be fine for gentle skin. I switched to OY based on positive customer reviews and my skin cleared up within 48 hours and hasn't had a problem since. Highly recommended.
