This isn’t a “summer garden party” drink — it’s the kind of cider that deserves an actual glass, not a plastic cup. At 8.2%, it’s strong — but it never feels harsh or alcoholic. The flavour is deep and mellow, with that signature Westons apple richness and just the right balance of sweetness and dryness. You get the fruit, a bit of oak, and a warmth that builds gently — almost like a fine wine made from apples. Lovely, smooth filtered and clean sharp taste. Very refreshing over the festive period with a nice slice of strong cheese on crusty bread, this cider provides a tarte sharpness and you'll be surprised how it helps with a cosy afternoon snooze afterwards. Thank you Henry!
