Helped me
Worked really well for me initially and seemed like the only thing that would make my pain go away. However, they stopped working for me because I was initially misdiagnosed, so when my problem started to get worse they were not strong enough. But definitely helps with bloating and cramps. Without them even I couldn't have lived initially. The taste is okay, sweetish and easy to swallow as they are not big at all.

Used for period pains & abdominal spasms
I bought these specifically for menstrual cramps as it was recommended for that purpose & they are good. They definitely ease cramping. They are also a good multi-use medication for abdominal spasms in general. The tablets are tiny and very easy to take. I’ll definitely be keeping this as a staple.
