Sound was not working .. then installed realteck audio driver and now it is fine.. Good product for the price

Didn't meet my needs
After completing the initial setup and system updates, I encountered performance issues during regular use, including freezing and lag. I also experienced an issue with access to the secondary (D) drive after transferring files. Due to these issues, I have chosen to return the laptop as it does not meet my needs

I checked the sellers before getting it and bought it from "gameover" as they had over 90% positive review rate. The laptop is new, not used. It is i5 processor 12th gen (there is 14th gen already and a new ones are coming soon) but for this price it's understandable. An i5 12th gen beats i7 11th gen in gaming. Kindly note the keyboard is only in English so i had to get stickers to fix the keyboard.

حصلت على الجهاز بحالة ممتازة ولاحظت ان الكيبور بالانجليزية فقط واتصلت بالبائع واخبرته عن الملاحظة فقام مشكورا بأخذ الجهاز وقام بطباعة الاحرف العربية بالليزر على الكيبورد بأفضل ما يكون شكرا للبائع الامين المجتهد على جهوده

I use this for my golf simulator and it's outstanding! The keys light up which is fantastic because I keep my simulator area dim. It stores all of the courses that I want with no problem whatsoever no sign of getting full and it's fast screen receiving it from a SkyTrak Plus launch monitor and sending it to projector.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company seems to be fraudulent. Sent me a completely defective laptop that couldn't even boot up. Then sent a sketchy return label. They confirmed they got it, but it has been LONG beyond their 30 dy redund time and they just keep telling me they are working it, it's in their process, they are going to escalate it, they're going to reach out to their processing department, etc. The excuses are never ending and the refund is never arriving. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
