So far so good! We have now used the cleaner 3 or 4 times and so far it's impressed. We have a dog and sometimes dog hair can be an issue. We were hoping this device would allow us to hoover and mop at the same time but the dog hair seems to get wet and stuck to the floor. This has meant we need to quickly hoover first. Not a big issue as this still saves so much time compared to getting a mop and bucket out. And it leaves the floor looking just as good but with quicker drying times. The mop is so easy to use and does a great job!

The dreame works wonders on our tiled floor, effortlessly tackling spills and dust. Surprisingly powerful, I even sucked up a raw egg—shell and all—without clogging. Cleanup’s a breeze now. When it’s done it washes and dries automatically. Has a cute little American accent too. Would recommend! Such a time saver.

i don't usually make rushed decisions with products like this, but it sounded so good and now after over 3.5 weeks it truly didn't disappoint. I know other people mention the weight of it, but it's not an issue for our household. It sort of leads the way, you just have to guide it. The self cleaning function after use is just the best. Things it can't do are carpets, also if you have a lot of low sofas, wardrobes etc, so it's best you check how thick it is at the bottom to see if it will be able to go under there. also it's not as good with places which are hard to get to. We have a lot of furniture so we knew that robot won't work for us. We have two cats and a lot of litter and cat fur and it's amazing with that. Our tiles and wooden floors have never looked so clean. I was worried before that we over soak our floors with water/mops, but we no longer have this issue. also we have a tiny rug and it's fine to use on that as it doesn't distribute out a lot of water.

On arrival I unboxed, used it and it seemed ok. When it needed charged I realised that the charging base didn’t work. Amazon have accepted the return but since it was Amazon resale “used -New” they couldn’t replace. They should not be re selling items that don’t work.

Although higher priced than some, this is definitely a high quality item and worth the extra. Although a little heavy to lift, it is effortless to use. It is so much quicker, more efficient and easier to use than the stream mop we had before. The only bad point is, the "head" is slightly too high to fit under our "Wall Hung" toilet bowls in our bathrooms. But that is a minor hindrance.

Can’t really say much as of yet as when I received mine it was missing parts both rollers a filter the brush and cleaning solution I was looking very forward to using this. I will update this later once I have ordered the missing parts

Just about the best product I have ever purchased. This cleaner washes floors thoroughly and effortlessly. The best thing is that it is self-cleaning. It is expensive but well worth the investment.

I love this it made my life easier. I do recommend.
