The Choice Is Clear

If you're in the least bit concerned about your health or know someone who is, the problem could be in staring you in the face every time you reach for a drink of water! Not everyone is effected in the same way by water quality, but as this book shows, health and longevity has been found among peoples of the world who were fortunate to be able to drink some of the purest water, whereas disease and premature deaths the world over correlate with poor quality drinking water. The answer is to drink distilled water which draws inorganic minerals (the kind the body can't process and dumps them in joints and tissues instead) and chemical sludge out of the body, allowing it to heal itself and do it's job properly. So it's a proper detox mechanism, what your body would be able to do properly if it had the chance, all along. Pure water gives it this chance, a huge gift to your body. Existing illnesses, including heart disease, dementia, arthritis and diabetes and even obesity, can all be vastly improved if not cured by doing this, in tandem with a nutritious diet etc. (The author recommends raw foods as much as possible). There are implications also in it's treatment of cancer and all other existing diseases, even mental illness. So whatever is wrong with you, this could be the one thing you never considered which could be key to regaining your health. The author talks about 9 different types of water, what they are and what they potentially can do to the body, and why it's necessary to drink only the purest water you can find. Written in 1971, it's a little dated in style and refers to American water supplies but the same information would definitely apply to the UK today at the very least, especially with large areas now also being flouridated (water filters do not remove this) as there would seem to be little, if any, water improvement since then. The book is really a small booklet, but it doesn't need to be any bigger because the message is very simple and crystal clear about water quality and just why it is crucial, not just important, for your health.

This is a great book, only 48 pages but packed full of good advise, tells you everything you need to know about distilled water, I bought a distiller and drink four litres a day, along with vegitable and fruit juices, my health has much improved as this is a detox of the whole body.

I have bought two of these booklets, one for a friend, I have also recommended others to read it. In the first instance I was looking at the pollution of our planet and what we could do to limit the damage to us. Another thing I looked at was the benefits a decent diet could give us and how we could help our liver to redress the balance against all the harmful things we ingest or that which contacts through our skin. Water is a major part of keeping us in good health and this is what led me to investigate the impurities in our water. They are scary and appear to be the problem that is causing most of our illnesses. The Choice is Clear covered a great part of my investigations; I had already invested in a tabletop water distiller and was justifying to myself the outlying expense. I now only use distilled water in cooking as well as in drinks. It occurs to me that all water entering the house should at least go through a filter to reduce the harmful elements in it. I am convinced that distilled water is the only safe water for drinking and pure water goes a long way to making you feel more alive and in control of your well-being. We need to be aware of some of the bad habits we have adopted in our diet. I am currently looking at the benefits of vinegar in our daily diet. I would also recommend 'Vinegar nature's secret weapon by M. Stein.'

Very small book but interesting information

Very interesting book - gives lots of information and stirs up food for thought . Small , concise and easy to read .

Great little book, I've now purchased a water distiller from H2o labs and I also purchased a oxygenation producer to ozone the water, wow what a difference !! Cost of set up was £200 :( but we now run all our water through the system which produces 16 ltrs per day.

Very informative booklet. Stimulated one's intellectual thought process to research further. Passed this on to Family and Friends and it helped me make the decision to enjoy 'Pure Water'

Fantastic. A life changer. I've bought two water distillers as a result of reading this book.

Tap water nearly killed me. This is long sorry. I have always been a sarcastic tap water user. What I mean by that is that when I saw people giving their pets purified drinking water it made me scoff. This was until I was pet sitting at a house and only drank distilled water for a week. When I came home I drank tap water again and was astounded how crappy I felt that day. My head was so foggy that I was literally afraid to drive to the store. My knees hurt really badly like when I had osteoarthritis and I was anxious. I did some research and found that tap water has so much crap in it that it explained how I felt. At the very least I can say that the hormones that get flushed down the sink do not get removed properly. Anyway, from then on I only gave my cats and myself purified and all three of us in one month’s time have made miraculous recoveries! We all were sick and couldn’t figure out why. I have had one health issue after another that I realized began just 7 months after I quit my job, therefore staying home and drinking 5 cups of tape water per day. I used to drink the purified water at the restaurant I worked at when I was there. Anyway, the first thing that happened was that my digestive system crashed and I couldn’t lose weight. Then, anemia and a UTI, then parasites that would not go away, then high blood pressure, then plaque in my arteries. You can tell this is occurring because you will have tons of plaque on your teeth, then estrogen dominance and the list goes on and on. I was so close to death that I had a Near Death Experience during this time! Anyway, I feel so much better and my cats look ten years younger. They don’t limp when they walk anymore and they are a healthy weight for the first time ever. This book will explain to you very quickly how distilled water is good for you. You can get your own TDS meter and test your own water from home. Do not believe the hype that distilled leaches minerals from the body. How can water do that? It makes no sense and we don’t get our minerals from water anyway! I now believe that tap water and diet like dairy and processed meats are what is causing all disease on this planet. Another thing worth looking into is a movie called “WHAT THE HEALTH”. It will give you a look into healthy eating and what food really does to the body. This book is worth it. If you want to treat yourself and do what is right for your pets and family, stop drinking tap water. I live in a really nice neighborhood. You would think the water would be good here. No tap water in America is safe. ❤️
