    Great Kielbasa

I grew up in a Russian/Ukrainian/Belarus family and this is the best.My mom used to make kapusta by frying some salt pork, adding one cup brown sugar to 12 oz of beer in saucepan, medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cut 3 lbs Kielbasa into 1 inch medalions and place into slow cooker. Add a jar of drained and washed sauerkraut and add the beer/sugar. Cook slowly for 8-10 hours. it will knock out your guests.
