The product is defective
Hi, the product was good for the 1st 1-2 week but later the up-down functionality is not working. We tried to reset by removing the connection but it doesn’t work at all. Kindly do the needful to repair it.

The control panel broke in just 2 months despite a soft use and no replacement available. Desk stuck at maximum height and replacement parts are as expensive as the desk itself. Unable to work because of this issue.
