Kymaro Rhythm Rocker

I'm SO pleased with my rocker--and just $19 is the icing on the cake. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. I enjoy using it (I bought additional videos for it) and am greatly improving my balance and core strength. My arthritis and knee problems prevent me from workouts that require you to get down on the floor and then up again, so this is great.

KYMARO RHYTHM ROCKER having received this today and opened it I found no instructions on how to put together , no instruction dvd to tell you what work outs you can do with it and when putting it together one of the holes for putting the handle in was squashed so had to get my son to make it round again so it would slot in. wouldn't recomend this product to anyone thought it quite shabbily put together before posting

This rocker is great for a few things but not what the infomercials promise. If you are a person who is challenged with hip isolation and that type of movement for Latin dancing and so forth, this would be an excellent trainer to get you moving correctly and loosen up the body to perform that type of movement. I am not in this camp. However, I like this little chair for stretching out the hips and lower back. I also like it for potting plants and other activities where I need to sit for longer periods but still be able to reach around easily.

I like this a lot because you can sit down while still getting in some exercise. I have painful feet and legs, so this is perfect for me. I had difficulty putting it together because two of the prongs on the legs would not compress. A neighbor was able to help me by using a pair of pliers, so all is well. I actually bought two of these so I could get more of the DVDs for it, and the second one I was able to put together in under 5 minutes. The DVDs are quite good, though I do wish the leader didn't keep saying the same phrases over and over again. This gets annoying, but I hope to just turn off the sound and follow along with some music when I get better at the exercises.

Wayy smaller in person than it looks. Seat does not move 360 degrees ! So you can't exercise how you want cause the seat isn't loose enough ! FAIL.!

I like it alot. I can't get on the floor right now or stand for too long as I recently had my knee reconstructed. It allows me to do some exercise without the impact on my knees. It feels unstable when you first sit on it but if you watch the video before using it the woman explains the proper way to sit on it and simple exercises which REALLY do work. I just opened it and used it right away before I watched so I had that oh moment after I did. It's not heard at all and the machine took about 5 minutes from opening the box to assembly. Great product

If you are thinking that the only thing you need to do is exercise on the chair,you are wrong,you need to dance and exercise ON your feet. In the other hand ,my ass hurts after 15 min trying to exercise in this thing. The plastic coverage at the end of the legs of the chair go out constantly. The rotational movement on the chair is not the same shown in the video.

My chiropractor has these expensive chairs that have the ability to loosen up the spine before an adjustment...kind of like stretching before exercising. We also do these exercises at home on a daily basis using a cushion. I found this rocker on line, and it is really sturdy and secure. For me it's better than sitting on a balance ball because it has handles you hold onto for balance. I like, too, than it is lower than a regular chair. My feet meet the ground - I'm not that tall. Oh, and the purple color? Makes me smile. Just go forward and backward, left and right, and around in circles to unglue your spinal column. I spend too much time sitting in front of a computer. This is just the ticket.
