Muy buen suplemento

I've done considerable research for this product and I find the Nature's Nutrition brand to meet all requirements and at a practical price. The one question I did have was answered by their Customer Service very quickly via text and follow up email.

So far? Love this product. I actually see a difference in cravings and my GLP-1. There are many types out there from $ to $$$ and I prefer this one over the $$$.

Did not see any improvement. Not recommended

It's a good supplement with one Billion AFU of Akkermansia and 40mg of Inulin per capsule. The Vegetable capsules are regular size and easy to swallow. It does contain Magnesium Stearate though; I wish that it didn't.
