The operating period for my needs have been less than 5 hours. My thermometer indicated close ranging of the thermostat (about 3 degrees f @ 200) and otherwise flawless operation.

When working at high temperatures, please pay attention to control the time of heating plate, to prevent liquids from evaporating and drying up.
