build quality

I was looking forward to this, but the prints were not coming out right. There was a pressure issue. I was getting light spots in the middle of the print. I had to go back to my clamp machine.

You must turn your tumbler half way through heat cycle. The press does not completely close

I bought this 11/2024. I used it only 3 times and each time the bottom half of the press was not heating up hot enough, causing my tumblers to look faded. I only make tumblers as a hobby when I have time and money to buy supplies. I contacted the seller, explained what was going on, they would not work with me. At the point of me contacting them, it was just 3 months that I had the press. I wanted to send it back, they wanted me to buy more supplies and make another tumblers to show them what was happening. Sometimes, faulty presses are sold. They would not work with me. I wanted to send the press back at this point for a refund. It looks like new, in the box, it just doesn't heat. The seller apologized and offered $30 to get it fixed. I have actually wasted over $100 for something that doesn't work. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SELLER.

Needs a more detailed instruction manual since there are no videos on the internet to refer to. Once I figured it out by watching videos of another brand i got great first time use results with a tumbler.
